CURRICULUM EDUCATION
Teaching your coaching staff the club's player development unique model. Providing with scientific and methodological tools to make the club's vision a reality
GOALS
The Director of Coaching provides with education goals, expectations and current club's player development curriculum
SIGN UP
The Academy Director provides with the name, experience and current responsibilities of each participant
REMOTE CLASSROOM

5 x 2 hours remote group meetings with all club's participants
FOLLOW UP
Zoom
1 Hour remote meeting with the Academy Director to discuss course outcome and further educative actions to support the club's curriculum
PERSONALIZED COACHING ADVISORY
Providing a personal space for professional growth. We support one coach at the time helping in designing training strategies, providing new tools, analyzing developmental problems, solving injuries, and any other question that might be relevant in each age group and developmental situation

REMOTE MEETINGS
Zoom
30' one-on-one live meetings with a professional soccer / performance expert. Each coach brings their own agenda and we will provide methodological strategies for training, game tactic design, injury solutions and prevention, session design, player's growth and maturation, conditioning, and any other coaching area of interest
GOALS SETTING
In each session we will establish goals for each period between meetings. If there is any deliverable it will be submitted prior to the following encounter
